Join us on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, to hear Jonathan Beverly, District 6 County Commissioner as our guest speaker this month.
Jonathan serves as a first term commissioner on the Rutherford County Commission representing District 6. He has spent years working as a law enforcement officer with Smyrna Police Department, small business owner, and volunteers with nonprofits. “All politics is local” is a phrase often heard. Come hear from one of our newest local officeholders, elected in 2022. He will share his experiences as a new commissioner and what’s happening in our county government.
The dinner meeting begins on Tuesday, April 16, at 6 pm at the Carriage Lane Inn, 337 East Burton Street, Murfreesboro.

This is still much less than those of area Republican Women clubs – your local club will always work to keep things within reason. We do have a wonderful year planned for you! JOURNEY HOME DONATIONS: Thank you to everyone who brought books to our March monthly meeting. We will continue to collect gently used children’s books and adult books at our April meeting. We are also accepting donations of children’s coloring and activity books. These are for the children to use while Journey Home counselors meet with parents of the children.
MEMBERSHIP – The membership year starts January 1, of each year. Dues for 2024 are due for $35 – Let’s get the majority of renewals soon! And let’s recruit new members throughout the year! Membership is not required to attend meetings, but membership is required for any voting at meetings.
