Luncheon and Shuttle Service Fees
The TFRW president just notified us that the cost for Ladies Day on the Hill (March 18) has been reduced from $65 to $30 thanks to a donation of $10,000 from Senator Marsha Blackburn to TFRW. They are passing on this gift to you!
You must let us know by February 15 that you are going as we have to turn in numbers then. They do have a late registration through March 4 – but it is $10 more – so $40 plus optional $10 shuttle.
There will be carpooling and so far three of our legislators have accepted our invitation to lunch with us.
- purchase ticket with shuttle $40 includes light breakfast and luncheon plus the $10 shuttle service from Doubletree Hotel to and from the Capitol included in ticket price.
- purchase ticket only (no shuttle) $30 includes the light breakfast and luncheon only.

Keynote Speaker – U.S. Senator Bill Hagerty
Club presidents will be the hostess at their table and the club president will introduce their legislators and special guests such as Attorney General and Field Reps, etc. If the president is not attending, please appoint someone to do this. The Sergeant-at-Arms will bring the mic to each table.
